• Constipation obstinate, causing retention of urine; constriction of anus.
• Chocking in swallowing, things go down “the wrong way” (Anac.).

•  Asthma or dyspnoea, where the patient can only breath by standing up.

• After a sprain, contraction of fingers.
• Along urethra tearing pain in zigzag direction.

B –

• Burning biting pain, pain extending from orifice of urethra backward, posteriorly more striking, while urinating.

I – 

• Inflammatory (acute)  stage of gonorrhoea. (second stage burning after urination, discharge thick, yellow, pus like, Cub.).

S –

• Sensitive urethra to touch or pressure; cannot walk with legs close together, it hurts the urethra.

P –

• Patella dislocated, on going upstairs.

RELATIONS. – Similar: to, Canth., Cap., Gels., Petros., in early stages of specific urethritis.
